Terms & Conditions

1) Anything you share with Purnima Bala (wordswithnima) will be confidential and not shown to any third person unless you expressly consent to the same.
2) Prices are non-negotiable, but payment plans can be figured out.
3) Free email support will be available once the edited file is returned; this is for clearing any doubts or clarifying any comments left in the document. Any additional work will be chargeable (see point 4).
4) One free revision will be offered after the editing is complete if the work falls short of any of your given requirements. Subsequent revisions and additional edits (in case you make changes or add words) will be chargeable based on the word count to be edited.

5) Refund requests will only be permitted in the unlikely case that the work falls short of the promised deliverables, following a discussion of the same. The first step would be an offer of a free revision if your complaint is deemed valid.

• Constructive criticism on your creative work can sting or feel overwhelming at times, but refund requests in such cases will not be tolerated. 

• A full refund will be given in case of an unexpected scenario that prevents me from editing/critiquing your work.

6) Upon submitting this form, you will be contacted with a quote and the turnaround time.
7) Following your confirmation, an invoice will be sent, and the payment must be made via bank transfer, Google Pay, or PayPal in advance.
8) The given turnaround duration will be applicable from the time of payment receipt.

9) All editing work will be done on MS Word using the Track Changes and Comment features.
